Q: How should I clean my bag?
Leather care: To remove spills or dirt stains, use a damp cloth to wipe away the debris. Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which could harm the exterior of your bag.
Ultramicrofiber suede care: Most spills can be taken care of by patting the area with a paper towel. For dried-in soiling or coffee stains, gently brush the stained area. For more difficult stains, gently wipe with a well-rung cloth dampened with lukewarm water. Gently brush the area then let dry completely before using.
For oil-based stains, wipe the area as much as possible (without spreading the stain) with a dry cloth or paper towel. Take two rags, one soaked in ethyl alcohol, the other clean and dry. Pat the stained area with the alcohol-soaked cloth then pat the loosened dirt and oil off with the dry cloth. Repeat depending on degree of soiling and let dry completely.
